We are a medium-sized engineering and design office with headquarters in Weyhe near Bremen and a solid and long-standing customer base in northern Germany. For our customers we plan and realize process engineering plants according to customer requirements (pre/basic/detail engineering). As a rule, plant planning is carried out with the aim of increasing production capacities, general modernization or the implementation of measures for production-integrated environmental protection. Our customers are active in almost all areas of the manufacturing and processing industry, whether in the chemical, petrochemical or pharmaceutical industry or in the food, beverage and luxury food industry.

Tasks

Design projects for process engineering plant construction across the phases of pre-engineering, basic engineering, detailed engineering, plant implementation, and handover to the customer
Quality, schedule, and cost control for internal and external projects
Independent, professional, and timely project management in the area of design
Creation of P&IDs
Installation planning in 2D and 3D
Piping planning in 3D
Creation of isometrics
On-site surveys
Creation of plant documentation

Requirements

Technical draftsman, technician, or university degree in a technical field
Professional experience as a design engineer in process engineering plant construction
Experience in pipeline planning
Very good CAD skills (AutoCAD Plant, 2D, and/or 3D)
Willingness to take on responsibility & personal accountability
Ability to work in a team, hands-on mentality, customer focus
Communication & presentation skills
Determined, systematic, quality- and cost-conscious approach to work
Flexibility
Class 3 or B driver's license
Very good language skills in German
Good language skills in English
